SaltLogix offers emergency support services, normally offered and referred to as “after-hours support”. We understand that having support during critical times is essential. The desire of any emergency is to have your business back to full operational capability as quickly as possible. SaltLogix is a firm believer in the practice of acting once, so items need not be revisited again. Our aim is that you have no need to call upon after hours support, however, we know sometimes things happen unexpectedly. As such, we reserve this service to those currently under a "full-support services" contract. This is the best way we guarantee quick and effective results as we know those environments best.
